"Gas switches" is how many different mixes this computer can be programmed to switch between mid-dive, mostly relevant for technical/staged-decompression diving. It doesn't tell you which gas types (air, nitrox, trimix) are supported. See Gas types and the product description above for that.

Pros
  • Full-color AMOLED display with watch-face customization for everyday wear
  • Air integration across two separate tanks/transmitters at once
  • CCR bailout support alongside open-circuit tech modes
Cons
  • Premium price close to the AA-battery Perdix, without the swap-anywhere battery
  • Rechargeable-only, no field-swappable battery
  • Smaller case than the Petrel/Perdix makes touch/button targets tighter

The Teric packs most of the Perdix’s technical feature set (multi-gas, CCR bailout, gradient-factor Bühlmann) into a smaller watch-style case with a sharper AMOLED screen, at the cost of a swappable AA battery.
